It was very easy and straightforward. From the admissions staff to Dr. Cindy, everyone was patient and treated me with respect. It’s great that at least the drop off part of picking up a prescription is taken care of immediately.I had been feeling awful for days and my prescription was ready for me to pickup within 10 minutes at 5pm on New Years Eve. Very good. The only thing I would say is that yall need to come up with a way to excuse patients that live with people exposed to covid without having to go to the hospital and provide paperwork. My parents took at home tests and was positive, i went a day without my medicine because there was no plan in action for those who take at home tests. I had to email a picture and send it but took forever to get back to me. Us as addicts rely on thAt medicine and as a mother of two and caretaker, i cant be sick without my medicine. ... read more
