Great experience overall. My problem is the lab work comes back positive for drugs for negative people. Someone should look into that because one day that could effect certain people. People work hard to become sober, all to hear it was a mistake that happens often but Someone has to take the fall.

Crossroads of Meadowview is an excellent facility. I've been going for over a year and I think the longest appointment time was 30minutes. On Monday September 13, 2021 I was in the building less than 5 minutes between check in, urine screening and seeing the doctor I was back to my life very quicklt

I’m not sure of the question are you asking how you did on the survey you did good if you are talking about how the clinic is doing they are doing good I’ve been there a while and the way that place fills up with people and you never know when it’s going to get crowded like that it’s always going to be a problem keeping dosing nurses they hire and train nurses as fast as they can it has to be a hard job and it could be depressing seeing that many young people coming in hooked on drugs the counselors are trained to help and w... read more

Good experience, however the last few times I’ve been there the dr. Is virtual and always has technical issues. The past two times or so I’ve had to leave and do a zoom call on my phone because the dr. Was at least an hour late for whatever reason. The clinic is helping me. I just wish it would go smooth like it used to when I go in. I make sure to go in early to get all the paperwork out of the way and lately I always end up waiting and still have to do zoom on my personal cell.
