First and foremost, every single member of the staff that I have encountered thus far, have been extremely helpful, friendly, kind and seemingly to have genuine care about me as a person (instead of just an addict) in need of help and treatment. Security guard Matt has an excellent personality and a good choice as the first person to greet people for their Crossroads visit. I do wish there was some programs available for financial assistance for self pay patients during times of struggling.
