First and foremost, every single member of the staff that I have encountered thus far, have been extremely helpful, friendly, kind and seemingly to have genuine care about me as a person (instead of just an addict) in need of help and treatment. Security guard Matt has an excellent personality and a good choice as the first person to greet people for their Crossroads visit. I do wish there was some programs available for financial assistance for self pay patients during times of struggling.Ā

Well the wait time for the last couple of months has been a hit long however once u get in to see the dr he does try get u out after having to wait so long. However he does talk to u and ask about ur treatment and how everything is and all the staff has always treated me well, without judgement and with respect , and most know me on a first name basis. I like that.Ā

Very well there was an issue and the dr was very understanding and really listened to me I really appreciate her for that because a lot of times just because you were an addict in the past and are on subs ppl tend to treat you like you are always living and up to no good but I did not feel that way with her I just want to say thank you to her for that it means a lot just to be treated like a human being her name is Joanne Trarca CRNP I just want to say thank you to her and she deserves to be recognized for her great actions ...Ā read more

Always so friendly and fast paced at times. The nurses are really connected with the patients and just all around good environment and the doctor cares about how we are doing and no one judges us for becoming an addict. Glad I found this place and Iāve been coming for over two years and Iāve been clean from street drugs for a year now altogether. ThanksĀ
