In office is great ... I’ve been to all three .. Having to go into office and do a televisit is a little crazy But whatever ...rules I guess ... The customer service is hit and miss ... Have to schedual with doctor and not a pa So makes it more difficult... Better to schedual at the office I’ve found

The clinic is much improved from the time I started. Appointments are flowing more quickly with less time waiting in the waiting room for the dr. My dr is pleasant & helpful. Im happy with Crossroads

Everything went smooth , the man at the front desk ran everything great , and the doctor on video chat was nice as well and helped me a lot

Dr was really great! Only wrong thing was long wait but computer problems so understandable.
