Great very helpful and informative.. I was very nervous and unsure if I wanted to be start the program.. Sherry my councilor was very helpful in calming me down, and helping me thru the start of this program. Everyone in the office seems very nice and patient with me!

For the past year and a half that I’ve been at Crossroads Treatment I can honestly say that I’ve always been treated extremely nice and with the utmost respect. I’m 56 years old and I’ve been in treatment for quite some time now in other facilities in a different state and the treatment that I’ve received at Crossroads is total night and day from the others. In office is great ... I’ve been to all three .. Having to go into office and do a televisit is a little crazy But whatever ...rules I guess ... The customer service is hit and miss ... Have to schedual with doctor and not a pa So makes it more difficult... Better to schedual at the office I’ve found

The clinic is much improved from the time I started. Appointments are flowing more quickly with less time waiting in the waiting room for the dr. My dr is pleasant & helpful. Im happy with Crossroads
