The front desk as usual was very polite! I had to do a urine so counselor Pete helped me with the paperwork on that cuz I think Angelique was just doing something else for a few minutes, not sure really, lol. Then there was barely a line, so I got my methadone’s & that was pretty much it. The nurse was pleasant & helpful. I didn’t get a chance to stop by my own counselor’s, they didn’t tell me to at the front desk but I probably should’ve anyway just to at least say hi! Great very helpful and informative.. I was very nervous and unsure if I wanted to be start the program.. Sherry my councilor was very helpful in calming me down, and helping me thru the start of this program. Everyone in the office seems very nice and patient with me!

For the past year and a half that I’ve been at Crossroads Treatment I can honestly say that I’ve always been treated extremely nice and with the utmost respect. I’m 56 years old and I’ve been in treatment for quite some time now in other facilities in a different state and the treatment that I’ve received at Crossroads is total night and day from the others.
