I feel the staff is very friendly. But I also feel that some changes need to be made especially for the people that are doing good and giving clean drug screens. If you are still using you get the same treatment as if someone who is serious about their sobriety. I am a full time working single mother and it is very difficult for me to get in there. Persons that are clean and doing well should be given more time to return to the office then the people that are continuously relapsing.

I go to the Harriman TN office. They are very respectful and nice. There is no judgment when I walk in the office,which makes me feel good.

IT has been a great experience so far. But for some reason, lasts months drug screen showed up positive for alcohol ???? Don’t know why. I haven’t drank any alcohol since 1977, before I got married. Now It’s like I’ve been put on probation!! It just seems like there is something wrong with the screening system. I was not notified that something went wrong with the test. ?? I have given my new phone number to Frank, who was my counselor several times, but for some reason it was not in the system.

I love the staff they are all great TO ME but I have seen some unhappy people from time to Time and that scares me!!?? At any rate your program has saved my life; I went threw a couple rehabs and then threw a couple clinics;;; your clinic honestly saved my life, at first I’m pretty sure you didn’t wanna take me cause I had a lot of issues and was really a problem but you did and I thank god every day you did crossroads is the best opportunity I’ve been given since I got on drugs thanks for everything

My experience there was far better than I ever experienced at any treatment center. Every single person there goes about and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. My councilor Tara has not only helped me get clean but also stay clean. She also taught me it’s more than getting clean it’s also about recovery and I’m recovering everyday I go. Even the little things like smashed I’m having a bad day and seeing Milo makes a huge difference he’s the most friendly loving dog I would absolutely call their mascot and instantly... read more

I like the staff. The only problem I have is my appointment was at 9:15, I arrived at 9:05 and I got back in my car at 11:40. I know that at least one persons appointment wasn’t until 9:45 and he was seen before me even though it says if you come in before your time you have to wait. Everything else is great but this happens every month. It’s ridiculous.
