I’ve been having communication issues with the doctors on when I have in person or zoom appointments and that causes me to be out of my prescription.

Well I’m still receiving treatment from crossroads but thus far they have been great. Working with Vicki my counselor has been pleasant , she genuinely cares about each of Her patients.

Great doctors but dont like having to come in the office during COVID and theres over 5 people in the lobby. We should be able to keep doing virtual appointments.

My experience was great this week! Appt was on time no waiting! Dr is very good and all the staff are helpful and friendly!
