I have been impressed with Crossroads from day one, from the minute I stepped into the door I was greeted with kindness and courtesy. They have worked hard as a whole to get me sober and help me to stay sober. I have an amazing counselor (Deb at the Somerset clinic) she listens well but also really cares about my recovery. I always enjoy my weekly meetings with her and she is so easy to talk to, so much that I usually end up there much longer than than the initial meeting time. The entire team are the best at what they do. The counselors listen to you and truly care. The nursing staff always treats you like a patient, not a number. And for recovery, that is very important. Even the receptionist is always happy and chipper at 5 am in the morning. So as a whole I wouldn’t go anywhere else, ever.

The team was very professional and got me in and out quickly which is the way it should be but isn’t always that way and I appreciate it !!!

My Suboxone Doctors are great.My psychologist Doctor is great . Customer service are friendly and helpful but getting a message to a Doctor or just leaving a note in my file is not good. But overall they're great!!
