I almost always have a good experience. This time I waited on zoom for 45 minutes then got disconnected. When I called they said I would have to wait til 7pm that night to have an appt. I was lucky that my doctor, that I have been seeing for the past how many months, called me and helped me. I've always had clean tests, always show up, always do counseling.
