I almost always have a good experience. This time I waited on zoom for 45 minutes then got disconnected. When I called they said I would have to wait til 7pm that night to have an appt. I was lucky that my doctor, that I have been seeing for the past how many months, called me and helped me. I've always had clean tests, always show up, always do counseling. Everyone is always so nice, very helpful, and professional. Every doctor is GREAT, never judgemental and treats you as an individual. The counselors are awesome and always try to be there for you. Anyone would feel comfortable and really have a chance for recovery if they go to Crossroads Center.

The video appointments are great. I don't have money for a bus & getting a ride to the appointments is very hard @ times. So the video appointments work out great for me.
