The whole appointment from beginning until the end is easy, check in, wait for your turn (usually 3-5 minutes), go to private office to have telehealth appointment and then leave. Entire staff in Erie, PA office is courteous and accommodating for the patient.

I haven't done the televisit that was my first time and it was so much easier and convienant plus I gotta say faster too! Maybe my opinion for clients that are on the right track and doing what they need to could use it in the future instead of coming in the office!
