For the most part I believe yāall do a great job at taking care and helping the people that come in for treatment. As for myself, my experience has been exceptional for the most part. I follow the rules and protocol for the treatment center and my councilor, Kandace, is amazing. The only issue I have ever had was with a missing bottle. I had went out of town so I was allowed to get an extra take home for my trip ,because, like I said I follow the rules. That extra take home put me coming back on a Tuesday instead of a Mond...Ā read more

Crossroads Treatment Center is the best decision I have ever made! I donāt feel judged by any of the staff and theyāre completely invested in my recovery. I feel safe talking to my counselor about everything and I am confident in my recovery plan. I love that the staff (front desk, nurses, director, security, counselors, and the doctor) makes you feel comfortable, safe, and understood. They care about your recovery too! Iāve been going to Crossroads close to 5 years and I wouldnāt go anywhere else! My main reason is the people and I mean the staff! I began there with one counselor and when she left to pursue another job, I was really upset! My counselor WAS THE BEST and I had gotten to the point of opening up and would share EVERYTHING!! But I tell you, I found out that ALL COUNSELORS MUST BE GREAT because I like my counselor now just as much ! I canāt say enough how important that is to me and my continuing success!!Ā
