Receptionist was very friendly and polite.explained all the papers to me and what is the next step. The doctor was also very friendly anf polite she was very interested in helping me and made it all about me which felt good.

Quick and painless. Too much paperwork but necessary. Polite staff. So far so good!!!

Well the doc was great but I had a phone appointment on the app an my appointment was 2:30 an I set on my phone waiting for the doc till 5:00 so that wasn’t a good experience. That was such bull crap I was so mad. Y’all really need to do something about the app an the time it takes to wait for the doc to respond to u on it.

It was kinda weird at first I didn't know what to expect, I walked in to the room and there was no receptionist to check in with and I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. I sat for awhile and watched other people go into another room so I eventually followed suit and found someone to talk to. She gave me a bunch of paperwork to do and when I was done I was sent to the next room to give a urine sample and take a small test and sign forms. Dr. Harrell is amazing he always acts like he truly cares about everybody. He never judges never talks down to you, always gives encouragement and praise when needed! As far as the front desk ladies they're very unprofessional.

I had a great experience. I had a lot of anxiety walking in there but the staff was super nice and understanding. Even with this whole corona virus going on. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
