I met with David, who used ground penetration radar to determine where the grade beams are located under my foundation. I needed a structural engineer for removing a wall. The company was able to give me a written plan I could submit to city inspectors in a very timely manner. What I thought would be a huge puse in our remodel ended up going on without delay.
The engineering data provided enabled us to avoid costly errors and have a better basis for contractor interfacing. Additional items were brought to our attention we had not considered with this remodel. Crosstownâ  s engineer - Daniel - has saved us a lot of heartache and money with his knowledge and expert evaluation of our planned renovation.
