I did not get what I expected. probably an expectation problem
We wanted to remove a wall in our kitchen and wasnâ t sure if it was possible, Daniel Nerf came out and was able to explain what we needed to do and was very knowledgeable and walked through all the steps with us. We will be moving forward with our project. Thank you Daniel

Daniel Nerf Came to our home to help us with some foundation issues. Was promptly ontime and very efficient. Found some scary stuff and set us straight. He recommended some fixes to save our home from further issue. Cannot get better service than this.
David came out on time and was very friendly and professional.. He answered a lot of my questions and explained the repair process to me thoroughly. I woul recommend them to everyone.
The man that came was not an engineer. He used the same tools used by the foundation companies. He answered our questions and wrote up a detail assessment of our property.

The engineer was thorough in the assessment, pointed out a hairl-line spot in the drywall that I would never saw and indicated the settling was minimal. Very knowledgeable and good communication.
Daniel Nerf, structural engineer for Crosstown came out last week to inspect our attic and today came out and performed a very thorough foundation inspection on our house. We?re planning a complete renovation but wanted to identify any structural issues, if any, and fix such before beginning renovation.
