Friendly and knowledgeable store staff. Also a wide selection in store to actually see and try out. But most impressive was their service repair tech, Greg. He was professional yet friendly, efficient, and extremely well versed on how my chair was built and worked. Very skilled with adjustments and repairs. This type of service is why I would recommend Crowley.

Very happy with the service I received. Was greeted by a salesman but let me walk around and look at my leisure. When I had decided on a sofa Brian helped me decide on a fabric and pillows to match. Very helpful and friendly!

Troy in the Overland Park store greeted my husband and me shortly after we walked in the door. We were shopping for counter-height chairs and after browsing the showroom looking at different styles, we saw the Oakwood Industries brand (Amish-made solid cherry, maple, and oak pieces constructed in nearby Memphis, Missouri) and learned that there were numerous options to customize their pieces to our liking.
