These days it's unusual to encounter sales personnel that know the product they sale. Our salesperson understood exactly what we were looking for, and where it would be found in your store! That's a big deal for my wife and me.
Wonderful all the way from walking in the door to Nicole (hope I'm remembering her name correctly!) scheduling the delivery! She went above and beyond to make it work for my schedule! Can't wait to get my sofa.

I loved having options for the couches. Crowley was the only store I went to where I was told, "You can customize your couch." I've been to other stores that were so big I was ignored, but Crowley Furniture treated me with respect.
