We were greeted when comin to the store and asked how they could help. I recognized a sales associate who I had worked with before, Brian. He determined what we wanted and showed us the area I needed to shop in and left us to do that briefly and returned to see if we had any questions. Found the furniture I wanted, it was in stock and delivered four days later. The staff at the OP Store and the gentlemen that delivered were great! The guys that delivered get an extra shout out for working in the rain, but took great care to keep the furniture covered and protected.
I recently decided I wanted to get new living room furniture more appropriate for my apartment to replace what I currently have, which was purchased when I had a house and more space. So appreciated not being followed around by a salesperson. Was given the time needed to make my decision. Brian was very cordial and knowledgeable. Checkout was a breeze!

Brian was extremely helpful and patient with our multiple visits while we were trying to figure out which set of furniture would work best for us. His professional knowledge of the products, and materials helped guide us through a maze of options. He was friendly, thorough, and even happily dropped everything to change our order when we decided on a different material for a chair that we purchased! We had a great experience at Crowley and will definitely be back for future furniture searches!
