I went to Crowley Furniture and bought a new recliner primarily due to Mr. Crowley's kindness to a good friend of mine. His name is George Ramel and George had surgery on his shoulder and could not lay down in bed and did not have a recliner. He and his wife, Angie, came on a Monday to purchase a recliner and they bought one only to find out delivery could not be until Thursday. George was in obvious pain. Our salesperson, Bill Say, was absolutely terrific. We've been looking for months for a sofa and within ten minutes of walking in the door he helped us find exactly what we'd been looking for. He had a very light touch - never made us feel pressured or that we were being talked into something that wasn't right for us. Prices and selection were wonderful, but he really made the experience above and beyond for us.
