Troy was very helpful throughout the experience. He welcomed us when we came in and periodically checked in on us to see if we had any questions. It never felt like he was hovering and I didn't have to search for him. I don't like spending a lot of time shopping and this experience was so much easier. If the delivery is similar to the purchase then overall it was perfect.

Great friendly persona. Troy spend time with us first in selecting a loveseat, then helping with fabric selection. We will look for him next time we are in the market for furniture.
