I will never, ever use this company again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Went with Crown because they were doing the maintenance on my A/C system previously. Crown told me I needed a new Condenser coil. I felt their price was high and I wanted to get a couple other quotes, but hey, it's August and it's like 90 degrees, so I had them do the job. ALWAYS GET SECOND OPINIONS. Yesterday my furnace went out. A tech came out from this Crown company and quoted me almost $3,000 and said I needed a new Circuit board. He went on further to try to just sell me a new furnace. But said he could do the circuit board today... Of course he could. Anyway I declined both and called the furnace Manufacture (Lennox) to try to get the part myself. RecommendedCAN'T KEEP THE SAME TECH. LAST ONE DID NOT CHECK THE DRAIN AND 1 WEEK LATER THE DRAIN LIGHT CAME ON. THANK GOD I HAD ALWAYS WATCHED ERIC CLEAN IT OUT.THAT SAVED ME A SERVICE CALL.CAN'T REQUEST A CERTAIN TECH AFTER 18 YEARS. DON'T KNOW IF I WILL DO 19.

Don’t let them talk you into their own financing. When they say the revolving line of credit will also pay for repairs,maintenance, and filters they don’t bother to tell you about the minimum 500 charge just to use your account.
