They installed a $333 part for my furnace that I didn't even need just to have another technician return a week later and charge over $700 to properly fix it. I was promised that at least the service charges would be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. I found out today that the refund hadn't even been initiated yet because the owner hasn't approved it. Beware of this company and their scams.

My mom had a leak in a drain pipe in the basement. My parents were long time customers of Crown Heating, so I suggested she call them. They came out to look at the pipe, said he couldn't fix it, and charged her $100 for 10 minutes looking at the pipe. He said it takes a plumber with more experience. That is why I had her call Crown. I thought they had experienced plumbers. I called to question the charge since he didn't even take a tool in the house.
