A year ago, we arrived in Decatur with a failing water pump. They told us it would take more than a day and after we explained that we were from out of town, we were given a 2019 Tacoma loaner! This most recent visit we were very close to needing our o/f/tr service and knew the great service we previously experienced and returned! There was a billing error in our favor so "Jeff" called and told me that he had overcharged me and was refunding the difference. Hands down, A+ customer service!
