everything was satisfactory.
Customer service at Crown has always appeared to be a top priority. In addition, the service desired has always been completely accomplished.
Outstanding!! Staff, time, quality!
Always great service. Didnt have to wait long.
very good alittle of a wait but other than that a good expereance
The required maintenance was performed as requested.
it was fine. got in & out in a reasonable amount of time and the price was fair.
We always feel confident of honesty when we bring our car to Crown Toyota. The prices are more reasonable than often expected at a dealership. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Wait time is usually minimal. We do try to make an appointment though.
They keep forgetting to put caps back on my valve stems after rotation. Third time. I keep replacing them. Super annoying. Also having an appointment doesn't matter either.
