Crown Toyota provides excellent service on my Toyota Rav4. I would not take it anywhere else. Also, they have been very accommodating during the pandemic which has kept me safer. I appreciate all that they do for me and our community.
good communication, excellent time on appointment. Missing insurance card.
Recall replacement of fuel pump. They had the part and no cost to me.
Although the wrong part was ordered, they were able to resolve the problem using another part, thus alleviating me having to come back yet another day. They were great in handling the situation! I appreciate that!
Brought car in without appointment and they took car of it in a timely fashion.
Great experience as always. Fast and friendly service, excellent customer service.
