0 Star : My Experience William is good. However, the repair took longer than I expected. Initially he said 2-3 weeks but finally took 5 weeks. Also, Caliber Collision with 4.5 stars on Park Row vs your shop, I chose your shop because I read review that you have regular updates. I thought it should include some images but turn out only text update which is not very helpful I think. I would suggest having some images update 2-3 times a week. It ended up taking about a month, and that was only because I insisted on getting it returned as soon as possible. My adjuster, Andres, kept giving me different completion dates, and when he finally told me to come in on Monday at 4, I called ahead and was told my truck still wasn’t ready due to a parts delay.
