I've had glitches were I have to resubmit my log out the next day again. Even though I had already submitted the night before on time it still makes me do it again before starting my next shift. It's been progressively getting worse recently.

The animation in the new update is annoying. It flickers between pages and the clock wastes time winding the hand to the time. Just go to the next page and go to the time when it's clicked instead of all that time wasting. It feels inefficient when nurses are focused on time management. The clock is better than the time wasting scrolling for numbers, but just typing it in would be faster and more efficient. Switching from clock to typing each entry is a pain too. Needs fingerprint log in.

I use straight talk for an Android 12 phone and the only issue I have with Cub hub is when I go to login it takes literally 15-20 minutes to get to where I can finally clock in. I am a habilitation technician and just do charting for goals I don't have any problem with that part. It's just opening up the app and waiting to clock in that I have a problem with. The other girl that works here has an iPhone. Takes less than 30 seconds for her to clock in.
