This app doesn't work well on Android, especially when you're for 2 companies that use the app. I can't see my completed tasks. I've been reinstalling it every time. Because I'm unable to correct errors.

hate it. cannot clock in most days. have to uninstall and reinstall app. then, at the end of signing out we get the little report of missed or corrections needed, go back in, make corrections, come back and sign all, again...repeat, ad nauseum. why not have the corrections pop up when initially clicking 'sign and submit' ?
most irritating app ever. I will most likely leave this company after my patient moves, just in order to escape this app. Difficult format for phone charting, signs you out every 10 minutes, buggy, inconsistent, redundant. The worst part is that you are clocked out once you pull up the client sign in page that stops the clock, even when the client doesn't sign right away. The system will not tell you you've missed any task until you try to sign out. So, you can do math.
the app as far as far as charting app has been my least favorite to use. The way the MAR/TAR are set up means you don't have the ability to see the whole days worth of the charting. It also makes it really difficult to look up or read other people's notes. There is no emergency incident tab, so they have to go in narritive notes so there wont be a flag for others. Slow app. Hate that when you sign off a med or treatment it goes out of the tab and you have to start over to do the next
There's more I don't like about this app than I do. My current beef is that, with no warning, the app is down for maintenance and I do not have access to the medications for my new client other than a general list with no times, printed out by my company
it doesn't tell you all the things you miss before you clock out then it will tell you things are needed to e completed after client signs then things pop up that weren't there prior to family members signature. it has too many repetitive tabs. Basically it just stinks.
this app is the worst. It logs out automatically and will not let you back in. I been on with IT supporting 4 different occasions. I would never recommend this app
Unfortunately, I am forced by my company to use this app! For more than a month every single time it asks for a verification code. I have to log in which is multiple times in a 12 hour shift because it automatically logs you out every 15 min! This doesn't keep secure medical information more secure because if someone gets access because they stole my phone they will get the security code sent via text to said phone! I was told it does this randomly but it has been over 1 month! FIX NOW!!!!
