Worst app ever.. takes forever to get through the list of tasks, it's been adapted to adult use w my agency and it's horrible. Really for children only,

Thank you for the feedback, we are continually working to improve user experience. We do show that your device is on Android 9 - which is no longer supported by Android or Cubhub. Please update your device (min supported is 11 and current is 14). This may improve your experience but we do appreciate the feedback and will explore your concern.

The absolute worst medical program available. Does not let you submit notes properly. Have you ever had a program that you submit but will not let you sign out until after you clock out! So this program expects nurses to sign out and enter data after the note is submitted. You are expected to sign and enter data after you clock out. You do not get paid for working after the note had been submitted. Requires you to work after your shift and off the clock. The labor board may haveproblem with that

When it works right its fine, but its been failing to load my avaliable shifts the last couple days and its stressful to worry now about each day if im going to have to wait hours to clock in

We apologize that you're having issues and would like to help with why your visits are not showing - if you would contact your employer and have them submit a support ticket with your user name and diagnostics with details of when visits were scheduled and not available for you to clock in our team can investigate further.

This app has way too many sections to be completed, it is not time efficient, and I cannot scroll on any page to get further in my documentation, the app freezes up, I'm unable to log in for hours at a time, and it does not sync with the website. In my opinion, it's a total waste of time.

It's one of the worst EMRs I've seen in nursing. So. Much. Clicking. And everything has to have additional details or it won't submit. You can't use a laptop. It has to be on your phone or a tablet which is totally ridiculous. The best part is having to click okay for 'duplicate entries'. I don't know who designed this but it wasn't a nurse. We multitask. So yes. I changed my patient while she was on a nebulizer ...why do I have to click AGAIN to acknowledge I did two things at once?

My last device, Moto Edge+ 2022, with 8 Gen 1 Processor, is sluggish with this app. Each time you submit a task, it will take more or less 3 seconds for it to finish. I dont like spending so much for a mobile phone, but this app forced me to. I bought an s23 ultra, and everything happens instantaneously with no lag. The edge+ 2022 cost only $149 (it was $1k at launch). So do you mean I have to spend $1300 more to have a smooth experience? 8 Gen 1 and 2 shouldn't be that different.

We are happy to look at what issues on your Moto Edge could be causing lag issues and do not expect users to upgrade devices unless the operating system no longer receives security updates. Please submit diagnostics from the mobile app on the device having performance issues and notify us your user name and when they were sent so we can review.

Clunky interface not intuitive. Too many screens to clock out and get signatures, yet clocking in happens without confirmation so if mistake is made, it can't be corrected until clocking out. App logs user out if screen is minimized or user tries to go to a different page. Settings has no options, only app info. No instructions in app, online instructions are not very helpful. "New" biometric feature does not seem to be enabled, which is very frustrating due to the frequent automatic logouts.
