Always tip top service. Miguel (not listed in the staff, below) efficient and informative. Comfortable area in which to wait. Car returned post service in excellent condition with a clean--excellent.
Amy was fantastic,super helpful, friendly and thorough. My only complaint is that when I picked up my car there were two dings to the paint (one on the drivers door handle and the other by the trunk) and one to the steering wheel. I don't know how to report this specific matter. My previous two visit were great. Otherwise, working with Amy was a breeze.
The service is always great and the service department staff are courteous and efficient. Although the person we've dealt with the past five years is no longer on staff, the new person who was assigned to us handled our account seamlessly.
I leased a CX-5 from Frank. His straight forward, no BS approach made my first car lease an easy and pleasant experience. Could have been a bit better on price, but an otherwise satisfied customer. Will recommend Frank to anyone buying/leasing a car.
Steve was professional and kept me updated on the status of my inspection/repairs. He explained my options and gave me fair estimates of the necessary work. The lounge was clean, the wifi helpful to conduct work and the staff friendly.
