The service was excellent. The staff were courteous and kind. I was treated with respect and my questions were answered without hesitation. The only negatives were the wait time for the service, which was longer that expected, and a technician forgot to reset the tire pressure button after rotating the tires.
I've always experienced white glove service here. Miguel was very helpful, and the entire staff is courteous. One issue: there should be a higher limit on courtesy Lyft rides to and from the dealership. There is no other dealership that's closer to Hollywood, and it doesn't seem right to me that we will not be extended the same service as others living closer.
