Service was better than most dealers I’ve been to in the West Los Angeles area. Steven in the service department provided through breakdown and explanation of the services to be performed of the offered selected and further assisted with customer questions that followed the completion services.

Great service this visit. I arrived at the dealer about 30 minutes early and the service dept. was able to take my car in right away. The service advisor, Steve greeted me with courteousness and professionalism. They arranged a Lyft ride for me to my job and notified me when my car was ready and provided a Lyft ride back to pick up my car. Great service and easy.
Amy was great awesome service navigation chip was bad after previous service for a recall on infotainment system. Amy’s recommendations for Apple play system was a great option and after she took time to show me the operation of the system. She was absolutely the best service writer for the moment.
