I had a very short amount of time to get a new vehicle, which was stressful. Kylon helped me decide on a model, get through all the paperwork, etc and I drove away the next day with my new car. Kylon put me at ease, he worked fast but not frantic, he was genuinely kind and helpful. It all helped minimize the stress of the situation. Thank you Kylon!!

I highly recommend Culver City Mazda. Definitely an amazing experience. There was zero pressure to purchase a vehicle, although I was there to purchase a Mazda, the associate had no idea I was ready to sign and drive. The customer service is outstanding. The only concern I have is the fact that you need to make an appt in order to see the vehicles on the lot. A sales associate MUST go with you. From the First phone call to the Drive-off, the whole experience went well! Aaron (sales associate) was kind, attentive and genuinely interested in my needs, concerns and walked me through the process from Start to finish.
