I had a great buying experience. Juan Zuniga did a superb job explaining the model differences and setting up the test drives. He was knowledgeable and went out of way to insure we'd get exactly the car we wanted in a non- pressurized hassle-free environment.
Frank, Maria and Julio were excellent, excellent, excellent. I got a truly reasonable deal and great help on the wrinkles, like not having a document with current address on hand. My only gripe was entirely separate from the sales department--the car itself took ALMOST THREE HOURS to produce after paperwork was signed, and all because nobody could be bothered to wash and wax it in less than three hours. The service was very friendly, with constant check-ins about the state of my vehicle and when it would be ready. It was a very efficient process.
Everyone there is nice and helpful. Prices are not that great though- seem to be high for type of service received. Waiting area is comfortable
