It was a pleasant experience with a friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The car I came in to drive was sold the day before so I was bummed, but they checked their inventory/warehouse and brought over two other cars for me to drive. I had an appointment with Tony but he was off that day so Kylon took good care of me. I like his style. I fell in love with the car he brought over. I had an excellent experience at Culver City Mazda. I already knew I wanted the CX5, so I was mainly in search for the right deal. Frank made the process seamless, quick and easy. I let him know the ball park I wanted to stay at and he made it happen immediately. My fiancée and I visited another dealership the day before and went back and forth with the numbers a few times and they still couldn’t match the deal we were given at CCM. Prompt, courteous, and did a good job of explaining everything. I also appreciated the COVID precautions that were taken. The work took a lot less time than I anticipated.
Steve was awesome! He took his time in explaining the things my car needed. My car was ready and washed and ready to go! I love your new alto service. It feels like royalty. Thank you for providing this service. its makes a different when you have to go to work. Also, I would like to compliment the front office staff at Volvo. The young lady was kind and had a beautiful smile.
Customer service was very good and very friendly. I liked they were able to arrange and ride to and from my work / dealership. I did have to wait a little bit to get the car checked in
It was Sat. May 8th Aaron was my salesperson, although he was busy he kept. checking back to me which I appreciated. The finance lady; I apologize but I missed her name, was straight forward in what she needed from me and I appreciated that too.
