Recently brought my car in for CarPlay installation. Service provided was great. From the intitial encounter with Steve, I knew I was in good hands. He explained the process, the estimated time for the install and followed up via text once the work was completed. Upon picking up the car, Steve provided a tutorial on navigating the software and answered my questions. Overall very positive experience.
this was my third time to have maintenance of my CX-5 at this location, the service always good and very efficient. I spent more less time upon checked in and picked up.
Staff is all fantastic, very helpful, great work, and stick with safety protocols. That parking lot is awful, though, and picking up your car at the end is kind of a nightmare. There's nowhere to wait for your car, the way out is hard to find or navigate, and it constantly feels like you're in the wrong place. I have to remove a star for the layout because, honestly, it's close to becoming a dealbreaker.
The easiest experience in a dealership! Erick was amazing helping me with my car buying journey. He made time to get to know me and helped me setting up MyMazda app.
