This dealership is outstanding. Everyone is super nice, very informed, and not pushy. Erick Reyes was our sales person and he could not have been more service oriented. Steve from the service department was friendly and attentive to my car won’t start even though I just walk in without an appointment. Gladis was helpful in directing me to call Mazda roadside assistance to jump start my car.
The service was very good. They gave me assistance with Lyft to drop off and pick up my car. I upgraded my screen system to Apple Carplay and everything works perfect.
Great service and care! Attentive to my needs and didn’t try to persuade me otherwise. Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly! Also all Covid precautions were followed.
