Great service - easy execution. Followed my instructions to not try to sell me crap through the finance guy (no one needs paint protection). Lacked the overall stench of slime that is usually pervasive in the car sales world.
I really enjoy my experience at CC Mazda. Everyone is friendly, professional and courteous. Miguel helped me understand the urgency of each repair advised given me a better sense of priorities.

Had a fantastic experience with Bryant at Culver City Mazda! We just leased a 2025 CX-90 hybrid plug-in (the exact car we wanted) and Bryant (along with Tony, Kervin and Arlene) helped make the process so smooth. I normally *hate* dealing with car dealerships. But this was an excellent experience. Most communication was over text or phone call. Bryant even delivered the car to our house and had us sign the paperwork at our dining room table. Richard was wonderful. He told me the repairs I really needed vs what could wait a little longer. He also gave me a loaner car for the day since it was going to be an all day service. A+. Highly recommend!
Bryant was such a dream to work with, he worked so hard to help us get a good deal on our car. Even when our deal looked a bit difficult, he pulled through and managed to get us exactly what we wanted within our budget. He made all the things you dread about getting a car easy peasy!
