Miguel was great! Explained everything clearly, he fixed and showed me how to use the voice in the navigation system that had gone off.

Ian was very friendly and quick to respond. Mazda is great for providing a free Lyft ride back home and getting back to the dealership.
Rich Tran was my service department advisor and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was patient and helpful. He treated me with respect and thoughtfulness. The women working the front desk -- in charge of calling the Lyft rides -- were SO very pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently. There's a reason I continue to come back to this location.
My favorite part of the service is the video of the inspection and things that may need service.
