We had an amazingly easy and smooth transaction at Culver City Mazda. I've bought and leased many vehicles in the past, and this was by far the the quickest, and actually pleasant. Mark was very informative and surprisingly pressure and gimmick free. He found the car we wanted at a great deal and didn't try to over sell us on anything we didn't want. Even the paper work was fast! We'll definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about the service center here. The service coordinators are trustworthy and good communicators. They work hard to accommodate my schedule as a mom (i.e., having my car with car seat back for afternoon pickup), and treat everyone with respect. They’re my favorite service department in 30 years of driving. Special shout out to Miguel, the service coordinator I always work with.

The service was good, and they even provided a Lyft ride for my return. However, the complimentary wash left my car completely stained, and I had to wash it again myself due to their lack of care
