I always come to this place for my regular mazda checkup and they always do a good job and they are pleasant to work with.
I called on Monday 11/30 to schedule an appointment for Wednesday 12/2. I was able to book my morning appointment. Steve Ruiz was the service rep who assisted me. He gave me a very thorough accounting of the things the service techs would be checking. Steve called me to advise my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car he was not available. Amy realized I was waiting for someone so she asked if I was there to pick up my car. When I said yes she pulled my bill, went over everything that was done and checked me out.
The Culver City Team is EXCELLENT and they have adapted to the pandemic and still maintain service standards. They are WOLRD CLASS and I enjoyed having LYFT as an option.

Always friendly and completed the service quickly. I think pricing could be more reasonable with some of the services offered but it’s a dealership so it is what it is. Overall, I never have a bad experience here. Amy is always great.
The dealer completed the replacement of the rear hatch control module, replacement battery and oil service in only about three hours despite having no appointment. I also appreciate that they hovered a ride on Lyft to and from my house. Thank you.

Very easy to get my car serviced. Communication with Amy was good and the cost of repairs reasonable. Having the option of Uber or Lyft was great!
Steve was very helpful and kind! He put in extra effort to help fix my problems and provide a good experience for me. He explained in detail what my car needed so I understood why each service was necessary.
