The customer service was very friendly and helpful and made the process easy and straight forward. Although I would have preferred to get a loner vehicle the lyft ride was convenient.
They turned my car around quickly and at reasonable expense. The waiting area is comfy and they keep you apprised if status while you’re there.

Went in for usual service. Made appointment through the phone and was able to get a slot before Thanksgiving, which was great. the process was fas and the service professional but friendly. Love getting my Mazda serviced at Culver City Mazda.
