This is my second lease and fifth year with Culver City Mazda. I must admit, I miss the donuts with the coffee while I wait for my service, but I understand...what with the pandemic and all. But the service and sales dept still rate TOP in my book for overall easy stress-free complication-free service. The sales department is as the top of their game. Overall I was pleased. Amy was very helpful. The only negative I have is that my reason for going in was to have a damaged tire replaced. This was done. I didn't ask, but just assumed that the other tires would be checked as well. This must not have been done. The next day, Thanksgiving, I was driving and got a low tire pressure notification.
