Michael was incredible (and very patient) to work with! I hate going to dealerships because of all of the back and forth, but Michael made it the best experience. I shopped around for other deals, but came back to Culver City because of Michael and how honest he made the entire process feel. Also, thank you to Siya for being so patient going over the features of the car after the office has closed! Really appreciated that.
Service was great just took a long time a little over three hours. But other than that the customer service was great.And the car wash gave it the final touch
Michael was awesome in helping me purchase my leased 2018 Mazda 3 GT Sedan. He made all the paperwork seem so smooth during the transfer.
Steve in Service did an amazing job! He kept me informed right when my car was ready for pickup and is very friendly and personable. Although I've had mine serviced multiple times before, this was my first time working with Steve and I hope to catch him again for future service appointments! Complimentary spot-free car wash is a really nice perk..my only complaint is that they do this once you arrive to pick up vehicle, so it usually takes an extra 10-15 minutes.
