Overall experience was good but it was a quite lengthy process (2-3) hours considering I already knew in advance the vehicle I wanted and we had already negotiated price before I arrived.
It was quick and easy. I felt well taken cared of. The sales representative was very professional and understanding. They answered all of my questions. I left feeling confident with the visit.

Pretty streamlined and painless sales and delivery process. Financing documents should be done remotely instead of in person. Pricing was pretty hassle-free and the deal was decent.

Amy was friendly and explained all the services clearly. She was also patient while I checked in with my wife to see what needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was washed on the outside at the end of the services since I haven't washed it in a long time.
Advisor for my appointment was 45 minutes late. I don’t recall his name, and he apologized, but why schedule appointments if you can’t honor them? Victor and Max were great! Very professional, easy to work with, and prompt.
