Manny was great. Although I ended up waiting for 3 1/2 hours, the showroom was a comfortable place to shelter from the hot day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Culver City Mazda is terrific.
I easily made an appt with the service dept. Amy, the service advisor, was friendly and able to help me immediately. My car was completed on time, and they even washed it, too. It was a little slow getting out and paying for the service, as the service advisors were all otherwise occupied. Some sort of dedicated cashier and/or better signage would have helped clarified the payment/check out process.
Amy is amazing and the service was done perfectly . I would come back to Mazda Culver City and recommend Amy to any of my friends
