Routine Car Service Great service as always. They saw me right away, told me exactly what they'd do and how long it would take, and even gave me a complimentary Lyft back to my apartment. I'll definitely come back to Culver City Mazda for my future services!
Great experience This is my second time bringing in my CX5 here and I am always please by the courteousness of the staff, the service times and the Lyft rides back and from my work place while I wait for the vehicle. Highly recommended.

Speedy and Good Service I went in for an oil change, and I received exactly that with no drama or fuss. The service was good and quick, and I received a complementary rideshare to and from my apartment so that I didn't need to stay at the dealership for several hours. I'd recommend this dealership.
First time here and my whole experience was great. The dealership adhered to safety protocols for covid. George made the process of checking in and out seamless and friendly. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok. I really appreciate it!

Very friendly Everyone in the service department is very friendly and I trust them to recommend what's best for my car! Never have to worry about being over-charged or over-sold when I bring my car in for servicing.
Quick service take in. Looked at all my concerns and replaced needed parts within 24 hours, even parts not covered by TSB I brought in, still was changed out under warranty, no hassle.
