I went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Not only did they swiftly complete those but they also did a full inspection, washed my car and even installed some new wiper blades for me. After the inspection they gave me a very down to earth and detailed explanation of things that may need to be improved in the future on my car. I didn't feel pressured at all and their inspection was easy to understand as I am not a car guy myself. Great service, great customer experience Mazda Culver City is always easy to work with and a pleasant experience. 100 times better than my previous experiences at Toyota. It's comfortable, clean, drinks and snacks available. they even offer a Lyft ride for you. Now in the COVID world, it's contact less, everyone is very respectful and make it easy to get in and out. Communication is great.
Nice, no bs, knowledgable staff My service agent, Steve, was great! He was real with me about the services my car should go through, as well as recommending which ones to choose when I couldn't afford to get them all done at once. He was forthright and communicated well through text with updates. I'll be using this center again.

I also recommend working with Max in financing. These two are a power duo and made what could have been a stereotypical, arduous experience into a fun and fulfilling day.
