battery replacement routine service. prompt courteous effective handling. Very pleased, from telephone service to towing man and "George" who handled and updated me on the service. Price appeared fair; battery was under warranty. I should add that this Mazda was bit the one I leased the car from, so I was a stranger so to speak. Made no difference. 3rd party did the towing. Very satisfied,

Exceeded Expectations First time at this location, and I'll be back. Professional staff, friendly, all wearing masks during this pandemic time. And the option to have a Lyft ride home and back after car is done is much appreciated.
Great Service I have had my SUV for 6 years, I did not purchase it here but was not happy with the service dept at the other dealership.I decided to give Culver City Mazda a try. I called an got an appointment. The staff were all helpful. My car was fixed on time. I got my car clean. No time wasted
Steve was very courteous and easy to communicate with. The service performed seems to have had an immediate benefit to my vehicle's performance. And the overall cost felt commensurate with independent mechanics, which was nice since I typically expect dealerships to upcharge significantly.
