Trust them! I love bringing my car to Culver City Mazda! Almost every time I get George as my associate and he is great. He keeps me posted on my cars progress throughout my service, and even when I ask him for little favors like filling out an extra form for me, he happily obliges. quick and seamless Tony T and I negotiated price to lease a new Volvo XC40 for several days, and once agreed upon, his associate delivered the car the next day and picked up my trade in. It all worked great! Kylon also helped me over the phone to fix a small problem with the radio and Volvo on call. I wish i could be driving more to enjoy the new car! I can't recall the name of the associate who delivered the new vehicle, but he was terrific!
